Assurance Pool Service guarantees that pools enrolled exclusively in the Full Service Weekly Pool Cleaning Package will remain free from visible algae growth during the active service period, provided all conditions below are met.

To maintain eligibility for this guarantee, the customer agrees to:

1. Maintain proper pool water level at all times
2. Ensure the filtration system is fully operational and set to manufacturer-recommended run times
3. Promptly notify Assurance Pool Service of equipment issues, leaks, or abnormal conditions
4. Provide unobstructed access to the pool on scheduled service days
5. Refrain from adding chemicals or allowing third-party service without notification

If visible algae develops while all conditions are met:

• Assurance Pool Service will provide necessary corrective chemical treatment and labor at no additional charge

This guarantee does not apply to algae caused by:

• Equipment failure or inadequate filtration
• Improper water level
• Severe weather, flooding, or debris events
• Missed services due to lack of access
• Pools not on continuous weekly service
• Customer-added chemicals or unauthorized service

Assurance Pool Service reserves the right to inspect and determine eligibility before performing corrective service.
